Sr. Software Engineer - MCU

📋 Description

• Own complex product features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, production
• Design, develop, optimize APIs, backend services, microservices, event-driven architectures
• Build and maintain Kafka-based systems: producers, consumers, consumer groups, replay, failure
• Design/optimize PostgreSQL databases: schemas, queries, indexes, performance
• Develop/optimize Elasticsearch indexes and queries for large-scale search
• Deploy/monitor cloud-native apps on Kubernetes with Helm, CronJobs, autoscaling

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building scalable, production-grade apps
• Strong API design, distributed microservices, event-driven systems with Kafka
• Hands-on Kafka troubleshooting: producers, consumers, consumer groups, replay strategies, failure
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript and Node.js; delivering customer-facing products end-to-end
• Advanced PostgreSQL experience: design, query optimization, indexing, performance tuning
• Experience with cloud-native apps, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern CI/CD
