• 12+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native
• Full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Active user of AI-assisted development tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to drive technical alignment via design docs.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity and influencing without direct authority.
