• Lead the engineering side of a product team, ensuring delivery from ready to build to shipped and

• Experience managing or leading a team of engineers with direct reports or equivalent.
• Strong delivery management: capacity planning, work breakdown, estimation, risk escalation.
• Software engineering background with credibility to challenge estimates.
• Track record of growing engineers via feedback and career development.
• Willingness to address underperformance directly; comfortable with shared accountability with
