Senior Synon & Cobol400 Developer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, modify, and enhance apps using SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, and DB2/400
• Develop and support RxCLAIM/pharmacy claims adjudication
• Analyze and enhance complex claim processing logic and rules
• Maintain integrations with downstream healthcare and PBM systems
• Modernize AS/400 apps and build new solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and root causes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, DB2/400
• Strong RxCLAIM experience and leadership ability
• Pharmacy claims adjudication and PBM domain knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience with legacy applications and modernization
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
