Manager, Cyber Security

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cyber Security Engineering team
• Coordinate capacity, planning, prioritisation, delegation, and delivery practices
• Lead incident response, security automation, detection engineering, and secure configuration efforts
• Guide on-call operations, incident readiness, and continuous improvement across CSE
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, product, and operations to improve security outcomes
• Develop, refine, and implement incident response playbooks and security solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or managing security operations, security engineering, incident response, or
• Strong operational delivery skills: prioritisation, planning, delegation, and continuous improvement
• Ability to build team capacity and mature security capabilities
• Incident Response experience coordinating complex multi-team incidents
• Automation experience in security orchestration and bespoke scripting
• Experience with SIEM systems (preferably Google Chronicle and YARA-L)
