Sr. Principal Security, Risk, and OT Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Lead pre-sales activities including presentations, solutioning, and scoping workshops with SOW
• Lead engagement teams to deliver customer outcomes, aligning Risk/SecOps/OT with a customer’s
• Interact with senior leaders to discuss roadmaps and change management for workflows.
• Collaborate with Platform Architect teams to surface proactive risks in customer environments.
• Serve as a practice director for security, risk, and OT on marquee accounts, ensuring delivery
• Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions with long-term architecture and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making, including AI-powered tools or
• Industry domain experience in Security, Risk, and OT; ITOM ServiceNow modules (Event Management
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FFIEC, SEC, OCC, SOX, etc.) and ISA/IEC 62443 concepts.
• Knowledge of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA/DA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Siemens S7, BACnet).
• 12+ years in professional services or equivalent; ability to influence senior leaders and provide
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication, visualization, and modeling skills.
