Requirements:

Experience in technical support, service, or hands-on engineering
Comfortable working with test equipment and Windows/Linux systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in scientific, imaging, or precision equipment environments is a bonus

Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and test technical systems on-site and remotely
Provide customer training and ongoing support
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Manage support cases through to resolution
Work with engineering teams on escalations
Travel internationally to customer sites, up to 50% of the time
