Software Engineer Frontend TypeScript

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and ideally modern frontend frameworks
• Understanding of application state patterns and data flows such as Pinia, Vuex, or Redux
• Experience with reactivity or observables
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and websockets
• Solid understanding of web development principles
• Good foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Ability to understand the long-term implications of technical solutions
• Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to collaborate with others

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop, and maintain software for our products and systems
• Build tested, maintainable code and debug issues when necessary
• Implement state management patterns and API integrations to support a scaling ecosystem
• Support delivery with a basic understanding of CI/CD principles, deployment, and Git
• Collaborate with other teams and reach out for information or requirements when needed
• Help build resilient, scalable systems and contribute to ongoing codebase improvements
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and help find solutions
• Explore new areas of the codebase and contribute to new features
• Prioritize work effectively while adapting to changing needs
