Responsibilities:

Lead internal consulting across our Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, including configuration, integrations, and process design.
Shape the roadmap with the Project Lead/Product Owner, focusing on scalability, performance, and simplification.
Provide hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials finance expertise, upskill colleagues, and support a Centre of Excellence.
Engage senior finance and technology stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and manage risks and dependencies.
Support change planning and adoption alongside the Change Manager.
