IT Service Desk Analyst

Salary: £20,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in an IT support or service desk role
• Confident supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Someone who takes ownership and sees issues through to resolution
• Strong communication skills with a variety of departments and a practical mindset
• Comfortable working in a small, hands-on team

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support across the business
• Troubleshoot issues remotely using our RMM platform
• Take ownership of incidents from initial report through to resolution
• Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365
• Support onboarding and leavers processes
• Visit sites when remote resolution isnt possible
• Help improve how IT support is delivered

We are a small central IT team supporting a growing multi-site business. This role is fully office based in Esholt (BD17), working Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30. You will work closely with the Head of IT and have real ownership of incidents from start to finish, with most support delivered remotely using modern tooling and site visits only when genuinely needed.
