Mobile Developer

Accountabilities: Develop and implement new mobile features using Flutter, contributing to the continued evolution of the application. Maintain and enhance existing Flutter functionality, ensuring reliability, performance, and a consistent user experience. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve the application's design, usability, and overall user experience. Participate in project planning, alignment, and technical discussions with relevant stakeholders. Understand project needs and translate them into practical, scalable technical solutions. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and share technical knowledge with the wider team. Deliver assigned work in line with agreed priorities, timelines, and project expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Flutter. At least 1 year of experience working with Firebase. Ability to work with technical English in an international project environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly understand and discuss project requirements. Proactive mindset, with the confidence to suggest technical improvements and solutions. Strong organization and commitment to agreed deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed project team.

Nice to have:

Experience developing for Android using Kotlin or Java. Experience integrating applications with REST APIs. Knowledge of Clean Architecture and related mobile development best practices.
