Structural & Architectural Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design building envelope systems for critical data center environments.
• Develop internal partitioning, space planning, security zones, and access layouts.
• Perform structural load calculations for raised floors, PODs, racking, and rooftop equipment.
• Calculate floor loading for high-density liquid-cooled racks and CDU placement zones.
• Coordinate architectural and structural drawings with MEP teams and ensure proper clearances.
• Review design-build packages for risks, VE opportunities, and compliance with codes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in structural and/or architectural design, ideally in industrial/critical facilities.
• Experience designing load-intensive facilities with detailed load calculations.
• Direct data center experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Experience with Tekla Structures, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, IDEA StatiCa, or Dlubal RFEM.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and English proficiency for international projects.
