Senior Software Engineer New Markets

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable brokerage systems for global markets.
• Develop and enhance middle- and back-office platforms, incl. gRPC microservices, React interfaces
• Evolve frameworks/infrastructure across languages, currencies, markets, regional requirements.
• Lead regional initiatives, including recruitment, mentorship, and engineering practices.
• Act as regional reliability lead, incident commander, ensure 24x7 system stability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and defects, address root causes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior software engineer with a track record designing complex systems.
• Strong Go or comparable backend language, with robust, scalable architectures.
• Experience with event-driven design and distributed, high-availability apps.
• Excellent problem-solving, proactive approach, ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global teams, regulators, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident response and act as incident commander.
