IDE Technical Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate systems and integrations across Salesforce, TalentLMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, and
• Configure and maintain cohort environments; set up registration, costs, periods, forms, and
• Test registration workflows, troubleshoot registration, authentication, payment gateways, and data
• Produce weekly Salesforce progress reports and manage end-of-term data exports to
• Develop automations and monitoring to identify data-quality issues proactively.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, country leads, and other stakeholders to resolve technical impacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least two years of professional IT experience in systems integration or tech support.
• Practical LMS knowledge; TalentLMS experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and Salesforce data management.
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Zapier or similar automation/integration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, data-quality, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
