Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs into technical requirements.
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data products on Databricks: ingestion, Delta Lake
Develop and operate reliable batch, incremental, and streaming pipelines using SQL, Python
Create event-driven data solutions that integrate with operational systems and downstream consumers.
Build backend services, APIs, and integrations to make governed data available for applications.
Prototype solutions rapidly, validate with stakeholders, and prepare concepts for production.

5+ years in data/ software engineering with ownership of production data solutions.
Strong SQL, Python, and PySpark proficiency; production-grade pipelines and data products.
Hands-on with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog (or similar data governance).
Experience with streaming or near-real-time pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hubs, etc.).
Knowledge of event-driven architecture, data governance, and streaming reliability.
Experience delivering full-stack data solutions (pipelines, backend APIs, lightweight UIs).
