📋 Description

• Design, implement, and evolve data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines across AWS
• Develop distributed data processing jobs using Apache Spark and PySpark on EMR and AWS Glue
• Maintain Snowflake-Iceberg interoperability, including Glue Data Catalog, metadata sync, and table
• Automate Iceberg maintenance: compaction, snapshot expiration, partition/schema evolution
• Design/optimize Snowflake data models/queries for performance and cost.
• Monitor and optimize AWS/Snowflake performance, warehouse sizing, clustering, caching, data lake

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven AWS cloud experience in production environments.
• At least 3 years hands-on Snowflake experience (data modeling, query optimization, warehouse
• Proven Snowflake + Iceberg with 2+ years of Iceberg operations (partitioning, schema evolution
• Strong Apache Spark experience at scale (PySpark), with job tuning and skew/shuffle troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of AWS data services: S3, Glue ETL, Glue Data Catalog, EMR, Athena, Lambda, Step
• Advanced SQL for large data workloads.
