Act as a trusted technical partner for customers in U.S. regions, troubleshooting and mitigating
Lead technical investigations across globally distributed cloud and internet infrastructure
Own customer issues from initial investigation through resolution, maintaining clear communication
Provide technical assistance through ticketing systems, email, and online calls, ensuring
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and support teams across different time zones to

2–4 years of relevant professional experience in technical support, cloud support, network
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of standard internet and networking protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC
Hands-on experience working with Linux, particularly Bash/Shell command-line environments and
Demonstrable programming experience in languages such as Python or Java.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript.
