Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, complex projects.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from scope to release, on time and within budget.
• Serve as single point of contact across the full lifecycle; manage expectations, risks, and client
• Drive delivery using agile principles; manage sprint planning, release calendar, and go/no-go
• Lead engineering teams, unblock impediments, run standups, and maintain velocity.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2/CSM preferred.
• 7–10+ years in project/program management leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record across full project lifecycle from inception to transition.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies; proficient with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills; ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ROI reporting capabilities.
