Staff Software Engineer - Native Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own the native build and release foundation across iOS and Android.
• Define Bazel rules, React Native bundling, and codegen for mobile at scale.
• Lead monorepo migration and ensure build/test/release continuity.
• Shape CI/CD strategy and release safety for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate across Mobile Workflows, Cross Platform, Build Platform and DevX.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Bazel, Gradle, or Xcode build systems at production scale.
• Proven track record delivering cross-team projects spanning migrations and monorepo work.
• Strong mobile engineering background (iOS, Android) with perspective on cross-platform tooling.
• Experience owning CI/CD or release pipelines used by multiple teams.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture and set engineering standards.
