MEP Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and review electrical distribution, UPS, diesel gensets, and BESS for data centers
• Design and review cooling, ventilation: chillers, row cooling, water towers
• Coordinate with IT and MEP teams for power/cooling integration
• Develop Basis of Design and technical specs for projects
• Participate in tendering and evaluate vendor proposals
• Ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and energy-efficiency rules

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in MEP design for critical infrastructure or heavy-industry facilities
• Experience with cooling/ventilation; strong HVAC background
• Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical systems in critical environments
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and design software
• Ability to review multidisciplinary docs and identify risks
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
