Senior Full Stack Engineer (Realtime & Voice) Customer Experience Platform

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end voice channel capabilities: telephony, CPaaS, speech pipelines, realtime AI
• Develop frontend with React/TypeScript; backend with Scala/Python; deploy on GCP/AWS.
• Design scalable, multi-tenant architecture with config-based sharing across enterprise partners.
• Implement safety/compliance: guardrails, content filtering, PII redaction.
• Maintain production systems with observability, SLAs, on-call, incidents, and rollbacks.
• Enable partner telephony integrations and successful go-lives for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in professional software engineering; ownership of production systems; strong full-stack
• Hands-on with realtime voice systems, WebRTC/SIP, streaming media, or low-latency products.
• Strong frontend with React/TypeScript; backend with Scala or JVM language and/or Python.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and distributed systems in production.
• Proven API/microservices/event-driven architecture development and maintenance.
• Operational excellence: SLAs, observability, on-call, incident response, rollback planning.
