Marketing Technology Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the automation and AI layer powering critical marketing workflows, including provisioning
• Design, build, test, and optimize agentic workflows and automations to reduce manual work and boost
• Evaluate marketing processes to decide which workflows to automate for maximal impact.
• Instrument automation and AI systems to track usage, quality, performance, and business value, and
• Establish consistent definitions for core marketing concepts across tools, dashboards, agents, and
• Own the marketing technology stack, including configuration, admin, integrations, and enabling

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing or marketing operations with understanding of funnels, attribution
• Experience building and operating production automation within GTM/marketing function using Clay
• Experience owning unattended systems, pipelines, integrations, or AI agents with debugging
• Progression from no-code/low-code automation to software engineering practices: version control
• Working proficiency in SQL and Python, solid REST API fundamentals, and secure credentials
• Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) and ability to query and reason about data models.
