Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Participate in customer meetings, explain tech, and develop POC for onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
• Investigate issues with code analysis, logs, and remote access
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges
• Capture feedback to prioritize platform improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years software development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with AI model inference, fine-tuning, LLM apps
• Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/PyTorch); familiarity with JS/React/Node.js and Go
• Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
