Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Participate in customer and sales meetings, explain technical capabilities, provide architectural
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex or critical customer issues involving configuration, performance
• Investigate technical issues using code analysis, scripting, log analysis, remote access, and other
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams across engineering, sales, support, supply
• Support the resolution of escalated technical tickets, working with engineering on workarounds and
• Capture and communicate customer feedback and recurring technical challenges to help engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and
• Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as model inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical
• Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, customer-oriented approach.
