SAP HR & Payroll Functional Consultant

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as an SAP HR & Payroll Functional Consultant
• Strong experience across SAP S/4HANA Core HR, including Personnel Administration and Organisational Management
• Experience with Time Management, Time Evaluation and Cross Application Timesheet
• Experience with Compensation Management
• Experience supporting UK and Irish payroll
• SAP ERP/S/4HANA functional configuration experience
• Experience with Employee Self Service / Manager Self Service using WDA and Fiori
• Experience with functional, integration, performance and regression testing
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing solutions
• Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle
• SuccessFactors or SAP Concur experience would be advantageous

• Support UK and Irish payroll processes
• Resolve issues and deliver system changes
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specifications

We are offering a 6-month contract opportunity within a large-scale SAP environment. This role focuses on core HR and payroll processes while supporting both operational requirements and ongoing SAP projects. The working arrangement is hybrid, approximately once every three weeks, with flexibility.
