Staff Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with executive leadership to shape roadmap and translate business needs into scalable tech
• Design, develop, test, and own features across frontend and backend.
• Lead architectural decisions to build reliable, scalable systems.
• Deliver high-quality code with focus on performance, security, reliability, and testing.
• Establish and improve engineering standards and practices.
• Collaborate with Design and Operations to improve usability and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software dev, with at least 3 years in design/technical direction.
• Strong full-stack TS/JS on frontend and Node.js on backend, frontend-focused as needed.
• Proficient with React and modern frontend practices.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Experience modeling/querying MongoDB at scale.
• Strong testing discipline (unit/integration/e2e).
