Product Engineer (AI / Full-Stack)

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer problems end to end, from understanding the underlying need and
• Work across the full product stack, including Rails APIs, React and TypeScript interfaces, realtime
• Engage directly with customers through conversations, support interactions, interview transcripts
• Rapidly prototype potential solutions, test assumptions, and use evidence to determine which
• Make thoughtful product and UX decisions independently, balancing customer needs, usability
• Design and implement maintainable solutions using appropriate technical primitives while minimizing

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant ownership
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities, including expertise in both API/backend development and
• Professional experience with Rails and TypeScript/React is preferred, although equivalent
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining production systems, including learning from
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered functionality is highly desirable, particularly experience
• Daily experience using AI coding tools or agentic development environments such as Claude Code
