About Fiber

Fiber is a private, non-custodial wallet for your stablecoins. We combine unique privacy features and self-custody with the ease of a modern financial app, making it simple to use and invest digital assets. 

As Fiber expands into new markets, we're looking for Community Ambassadors who are already active in crypto, Web3, fintech, or adjacent communities and can help us grow awareness, community, and adoption.

The Opportunity

The Fiber Ambassador program is designed to complement what you're already doing in Web3, not replace it.

This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity, not a full-time employment position. There are no fixed working hours or exclusivity requirements. In fact, we generally prefer people who are already active elsewhere in the ecosystem through projects, startups, communities, universities, DAOs, events, content, or their own independent work.

Depending on your background and market, you may:

• Introduce Fiber to relevant users and communities
• Help onboard and educate new users
• Build relationships with local crypto, fintech, startup, and Web3 communities
• Represent Fiber at relevant meetups, conferences, and events
• Identify potential partnerships, creators, communities, and distribution opportunities
• Create or contribute to locally relevant content
• Gather product feedback and share insights about your market
• Experiment with new ways to grow Fiber locally

We don't expect every Ambassador to do all of these things. The role can lean toward community, content, partnerships, events, education, or user growth depending on your strengths.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in people who:

• Are already active in crypto, Web3, fintech, startups, investing, or adjacent ecosystems
• Are well connected within their local community
• Live in, or have strong connections to, an active crypto, startup, or technology hub
• Have a network they can authentically engage
• Are entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and can provide thoughtful local feedback
• Are interested in privacy, stablecoins, self-custody, and global financial products

You do not need to be a large influencer. Being trusted and well connected within a smaller, relevant community can be just as valuable.

We're open to candidates globally, with a particular interest in Argentina and Latin America, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Eastern Europe, and other active crypto and fintech hubs.

Candidates based in places where they can regularly meet, network with, and build relationships with others in the ecosystem are especially relevant.

Compensation

Selected Ambassadors receive monthly compensation.

Compensation varies based on experience, background, region, community involvement, expected participation, and the scope of the engagement.

Ambassadors are also eligible for additional performance-based incentives, including significant revenue share.

Specific compensation and engagement terms are discussed with selected candidates before onboarding.
