We provide our team with a flexible work-life balance in addition to the traditional benefits.</span></p></div><p><span data-teams="true">Key Responsibilities &amp; Expectations<br>Leadership &amp; Ownership<br><br>Own the end-to-end SIT testing strategy and execution.<br>Lead and mentor QA analysts, test engineers, and testing vendors/partners.<br>Establish testing standards, processes, and best practices.<br>Drive accountability for quality across project teams.<br>Act as the primary point of contact for all SIT-related activities.<br><br>Test Planning &amp; Strategy<br><br>Develop comprehensive SIT test plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.<br>Define entry and exit criteria for all testing phases.<br>Identify testing scope, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.<br>Ensure test coverage aligns with business, functional, and integration requirements.<br>Coordinate testing activities across multiple applications and teams.<br><br>Test Design &amp; Execution<br><br>Review and approve test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.<br>Ensure end-to-end business process validation across integrated systems.<br>Oversee execution of functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing.<br>Monitor testing progress against milestones and timelines.<br>Ensure defects are accurately documented, prioritized, and resolved.<br><br>Defect &amp; Quality Management<br><br>Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution.<br>Monitor defect trends, root causes, and quality metrics.<br>Escalate critical issues and risks appropriately.<br>Verify fixes and ensure retesting is completed successfully.<br>Provide clear quality assessments and release recommendations.<br><br>Stakeholder Engagement<br><br>Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Program Managers.<br>Coordinate testing readiness across upstream and downstream systems.<br>Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics to leadership.<br>Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve testing blockers.<br>Support business users during UAT and production readiness activities.<br><br>Environment &amp; Data Management<br><br>Coordinate SIT environment readiness and availability.<br>Ensure test data preparation and management activities are completed.<br>Work with infrastructure and support teams to resolve environment issues.<br>Validate integrations, interfaces, APIs, and batch processes.<br><br>Metrics &amp; Reporting<br><br>Develop and maintain testing dashboards and KPI reporting.<br>Report on test execution progress, defect status, and quality trends.<br>Measure and communicate test coverage and release readiness.<br>Provide executive-level status updates and risk assessments.<br><br>Automation &amp;
