The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools and a good understanding of Oracle CX business processes.</p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="677" data-end="697"><strong data-start="677" data-end="697">Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul data-start="698" data-end="965"> <li data-section-id="kkyiyn" data-start="698" data-end="737">Experience with <strong data-start="716" data-end="736">Oracle Fusion CX</strong>.</li> <li data-section-id="1h3xfnu" data-start="738" data-end="796">Strong knowledge of <strong data-start="760" data-end="782">BI Publisher (BIP)</strong> and <strong data-start="787" data-end="795">OTBI</strong>.</li> <li data-section-id="fkw4zj" data-start="797" data-end="840">Proficiency in <strong data-start="814" data-end="821">SQL</strong> and data analysis.</li> <li data-section-id="1j888ka" data-start="841" data-end="919">Understanding of Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, or CPQ is an advantage).</li> <li data-section-id="3z83f8" data-start="920" data-end="965">Strong analytical and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Position Type and expected hours of work: </strong>Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week</p> <p><strong>Required Education and Experience: </strong>Any Graduate.
