Senior Full Stack Engineer
Salary: £46,000 - 86,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for senior full stack engineers with strong experience in Java or Kotlin.
- We need experience architecting and designing complex, distributed systems that are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
- We are looking for experience with modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- We need proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services.
- We are looking for knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and document-based storage solutions such as MongoDB.
- We need a structured approach to development and testing, including Test-Driven Development, with a focus on continuous delivery and automation.
- We are looking for proven experience leading and mentoring teams and helping others grow technically while delivering high-impact projects.
- Helpful experience includes working with data at scale using tools like dbt and Spark, or AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Helpful experience also includes Kafka or other event-driven architectures.
- We build and deliver systems that handle millions of requests a day across more than 600 systems.
- We use industry-standard frameworks and tools, including React and Angular on the front end and Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Kafka on the back end.
- We work on our cloud delivery platform, which supports more than 60,000 production releases each year.
- We collaborate closely through regular pair programming, code reviews, and stand-ups.
- We mentor team members and help our teams deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
