Skills and Experience
Essential
  • Communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bring sharp C# and .NET skills to build robust, modern solutions
  • Champion TDD or BDD to ensure code quality from the ground up
  • Design resilient, high-availability systems with top-notch performance and reliability
  • Drive platform innovation with hands-on microservices and event-driven architecture experience
  • Apply deep architectural knowledge to create scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Leverage Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL technologies for high-scale, high-speed data needs
  • Thrive in Agile environments, promoting collaboration, feedback, and iteration
  • Shape cutting-edge systems with real-world experience in Event-Driven Architecture and Event Sourcing

Desirable
  • Azure cloud with Functions or Web APIs (equivalent AWS experience considered)
  • Distributed event streaming (Kafka or similar)
  • DevOps experience with modern CI/CD pipeline development and support, such as Team City, GitHub Actions or Octopus
  • PowerShell
