Patient Billing Representative - Remote

CareCentrix is seeking a Patient Billing Representative to handle approximately 30-35 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and health plan companies. The role involves researching, resolving, and documenting patient inquiries, providing account education and assistance with billing matters. Multiple positions are currently open and offer training and a pay scale of $17.50 per hour.
