Looking for Growth Managers

Here at Swappix, we aim to provide users with a fast and secure way to exchange cryptocurrencies with little effort. Since our start, we've been providing reliability, security, and quickness with each transaction. Our main goal going forward this year is to expand our social media presence, which is what both of these job openings will help with.

THE ROLE: 

As a Growth Manager at Swappix, your primary role will be to help establish and maintain our forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms. You'll assist in organizing online events, collaborating with our internal team, and attracting KOL leads. You will also play a key role in strengthening our presence across our various platforms. We offer great opportunities to our partners and we need someone with experience to help drive collaborations/community events/growth in general and navigate the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help with development across our various platforms, with a main focus on growing our following and attracting new KOL leads/partners.
• Communicate with crypto influencers and potential partners across social media platforms
• Acquire new collaboration partners and assist in strengthening existing relationships.
• Assess growth opportunities from a high level and pass them along to the rest of your team for further clearance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in the crypto field, either in the Growth Manager space or a similar role that Has translatable skills
• Good understanding of crypto/DeFi, market cycles, and how to be engaging on social media
• Able to move quickly and adapt with the space
• Has worked in related fields or has trained in courses with applicable skills

ADDITIONAL THINGS WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Motivated, ambitious, coachable, and a strong work ethic
• Experience and having contacts in the space to leverage is a bonus
• Good communication/networking skills
• Able to work independently as well as with a team for collaborations.
