We are looking for a dynamic professional with proven experience in the crypto space to drive partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and trader-focused communities across platforms such as X (Twitter), Discord, and YouTube.

As a Business Development Manager at HyroTrader, your primary responsibility will be to establish, expand, and manage high-value relationships with crypto influencers, KOLs, and ecosystem partners. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our presence in the crypto community. We offer strong value propositions to partners, and we need someone with meaningful industry connections and the ability to activate them.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives with a focus on the crypto industry.
• Communicate with influencers, KOLs, traders, and potential partners across major social platforms (X, Discord, YouTube, Telegram, etc.).
• Acquire new collaboration partners and maintain ongoing high-quality relationships.
• Proactively identify and pursue new partnership and growth opportunities.
• Represent HyroTrader professionally within online and offline crypto communities.

Additional Requirements

• Motivated, ambitious, and humble, with a strong work ethic and passion for continuous learning.
• Established network of crypto influencers and KOLs—existing relationships are essential.
• Active and credible social media presence (preferably in the crypto space) that can be leveraged for outreach and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
