Portfolio Lead

📋 Description

• Own the overall financial performance of a $40–50M portfolio, including revenue growth
• Drive portfolio forecasting, resource planning, and financial governance to maximize business
• Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, delivery, and renewal risks.
• Optimize portfolio economics through operational efficiency, resource allocation, and delivery
• Lead portfolio business reviews and establish governance that drives accountability and predictable
• Serve as the executive delivery sponsor for strategic client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in software engineering, product delivery, or
• Proven P&L ownership within a professional services or digital engineering organization
• Strong background in professional services, with experience leading client-facing delivery teams
• Demonstrated success in executive client relationship management, commercial growth, account
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and
• Experience leading AI-enabled delivery transformation, automation initiatives, or digital
